Founded in 2004 by Brian Zadrozny, BFZ Electric has grown from a one-man operation into one of Connecticut’s leading electrical contracting firms.
Our story began with a desire to build something better. From Brian’s first jobs out of a 1992 Ford Explorer to landing multimillion-dollar projects, we’ve scaled intentionally—focusing on quality, efficiency, and relationships every step of the way. Today, we generate over $10 million in annual revenue and employ over 80 skilled professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results.
BFZ Electric works directly with general contractors, developers, and property owners to bring projects from idea to energized reality. Our client-first mentality means we listen before we recommend, communicate clearly, and stay responsive when plans change in the field. That approach—combined with consistently delivering safe, high-quality electrical work—has earned us repeat business and long-term partnerships across Connecticut.
